The rate makea Texas the 14th fattest state inthe country, tied with The Lone Star State's rate of obese and overweigh t kids stands at 32 percent, ranking it No. 20 on that Mississippi ranks as the fastes state overall with an adulf obesity rateof 32.5 percent.
