IRS commissioner Douglas Shulman announced Monday in a press release that he appointec Ernst as IRS deputy commissioner foroperationxs support. Ernst will oversee the key operationak and administrative functions for the tax agencyincludinfg technology, human resources, facilities, data security and Ernst will be one of two IRS deputyu commissioners who report directly to Shulman.
